  • Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your recent order you will need to contact a Customer Care Associate as in most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. Based on the status of your order we will attempt to assist with your request.

Note: If changes are unable to be made, we advise that you place a new order and return the original order. You may review our return options.

  • My Order Is Late?

We ask that you allow 7 to 14 days depending on your order after your expected delivery date for delivery in order to avoid receiving duplicate orders as some packages become delayed while in transit. If you have not received or are unable to locate your package after 14 business days (LMA Premium have extended delivery time), please chat with us below.

We also recommend checking for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.

Note: Funds will be held for your entire order and billed as each item is shipped. In most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Simply add qualifying item(s) totaling $100 USD* or more to your shopping bag and Standard Shipping & handling charges will automatically be deducted for eligible orders. If you choose an Express Shipping option, you will only be charged the upgrade cost.

NOTE: Merchandise total must be $100 or more after any Rewards, offers, or promotions are applied. Shipping & Handling, taxes, gift cards, gift wrap & kits do not qualify towards the minimum purchase.

*Purchase requirements may vary by country/location etc.

  • What products can be returned?

 Any items purchased online or by phone may or may not be returned. All threads/clothes are made to order… Once order is submitted with a complete confirmation, order is in production. 

  • EXCLUSIONS:

Items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed. Price tags are not always included with an online purchase and are not required. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Additionally, Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

  • PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us customerservice@lmaleavemealone.com, ASAP/at the time of delivery.

  • Price Adjustments?

Price adjustments can be made within 14 days from the ship date of your item. Online sale price must be for the same style, color, and size as the product purchased.

Products that are seller error could be appointed price adjustments depends on severity if any.

Price adjustments do not apply to Limited Time Offers or promotions.

The price adjustment credit will be issued to your original form of payment.

To receive a price adjustment, please have your order number, the item number for the product, and the current selling price available on www.LMAleavemealone.com and contact us via email customerservice@lmaleavemealone.com.

 

  • What is a back-order?

When an item is out of stock but we plan to have more inventory, we provide you with an option to backorder the item. When you are shopping online, you will see a message displaying an estimated ship date in green font.

Your backordered item will be shipped via Standard Delivery as soon as it becomes available. Because we ship in-stock items as soon as possible, backordered items will arrive in separate shipments. If you need to change your backordered item please chat with us info@lmaleavemealone.com.

NOTE:
The shipment dates provided at the time your order is placed are an estimate and may vary from the actual ship date. Don't worry though, if the date is pushed back over 30 days, the backorder will be canceled and you will receive a cancellation email.

 

  • PAYMENT DETAILS: 

If paying by Credit Card or PayPal:
Your card will be pre-authorized for the entire amount of the order including the backordered items. Once the available items ship, we will process the payment for only those items and the pre-authorization will then reflect the amount of the backordered items until they are shipped.

  • If using a Gift Card:

We will deduct the full order amount, including any backordered items, from your Gift Card balance when you place your order.

  • Will I receive a confirmation of my online order?

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:

With our Standard Delivery method, orders are processed withing 1-5 business days and shipped depending on order 7- 14 business days. You will receive an Order Confirmation email within that day after placing your order. All LMA Premium line products will receive confirmation via email within 1-5 business days, order could take up 4 to 8 weeks to ship (LMA Premium are made by hand/to order on a high level of adroitness and expertise…each print has its own LMA signature- ONE OF A KIND).

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email, please be sure to check the email address associated with your LMA Leave Me Alone account, or check your Spam folder as your email service provider may have automatically moved it to this folder.

 

  • SHIPMENT CONFIRMATIONS:

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email.

If you do not receive a Shipment Confirmation Email, please check your online order history to ensure the order has shipped. If it has, please be sure to check the email address associated with your LMA Leave Me Alone account, or check your Spam folder as your email service provider may have automatically moved it to this folder. You can also track your package, once shipped, from your online order history.

 

  • NOT RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATIONS?

UNITED STATES & CANADA:

Due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products to all destinations. Certain products are not available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Mexico, and overseas. Additionally, we can only ship items to a street address and packages shipping to Canada must travel by Standard Delivery.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. We will send you a READ THE LABEL email LMALEAVEMEALONE.

You'll receive a message during Checkout, if you've placed a restricted item in your Shopping Bag. We'll prompt you to remove it or change your shipping method / address, if applicable. 

 

  • OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

Products are shipped from the United States. The MAXIMUM ORDER VALUE for a shipment outside of the United States is $2,000 USD. Below are some of the most common reasons PayPal may decline your online purchase:

There are not enough funds available on your PayPal account to cover the purchase amount

The expiration date on the credit card linked to your PayPal account has expired
